a satisfactory visit
spacious room double beds pancake machine unsanitary conditions unavailable facilities late dinner
i found the location to be good. it was a short drive to the city. my room was quite spacious with two double beds. the room was quiet. the food in the restaurant was lovely. i appreciated the pancake machine at breakfast.
I had an issue with hairs in the bath. the hotel was busy. I was unable to book the leisure facilities. i was told that i could not eat until 8:30 at night. it was too late for me.

fantastic stay with pool access
spacious room clean room breakfast selection
The room was spacious and clean (a real plus after a long day). i really enjoyed the breakfast selection, especially the warm plates. the swimming pool was a great bonus. I made sure to book a slot in advance.
i found that one of the lights in my room wasn't working, a minor inconvenience.

the staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially in the restaurant. i asked for poached eggs at breakfast, and the wait staff happily took my order to the chefs, great.

poor tv unhelpful channel guide
the location was convenient for my travel plans. the room was super clean upon arrival.
the tv in the room was quite poor. the channel guide was not helpful and i struggled to turn on subtitles. this significantly impacted my evening entertainment options.

the staff were very friendly and approachable. restaurant staff were attentive though not intrusive. the evening meal was delicious! breakfast was ok and self-service.
